The Flag |
|
The Indian flag has three color combination saffron at the
top, white in the middle and dark green at the bottom. In the middle of the
white portion, there is a blue wheel that indicates the Dharma Chakra, the wheel
of law. The wheel indicates that there is life in movement and death in
stagnation. The dark saffron stands for courage and sacrifice, the white stands
for peace and truth and the green for faith and fertility. |

temperature variations in the north. The rain is dependent on the monsoon winds.
